Your O2 mobile phone, so we can text you a code.
The sim serial number (SSN) of the new sim you’re swapping to. You can find it on the back of your new sim. It’s up to 19 digits.
Sim swaps usually take less than an hour. But if we’re really busy, it can take up to 24 hours. Think about swapping your sim in the evening.
